Note on Blinds: We reserve the right to not clean the blinds depending on their safety condition and usage.

    Inside Fridge spot cleaned (Empty). Inside oven spot cleaned (Empty). Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave. Stovetop, grates or drip pans scrubbed.

  • Cabinets & Storage:

    All Cabinet fronts (hand washed or wiped). Vacant homes: drawers, empty shelves, inside cabinets (hand washed or wiped).

  • Base & Trim:

    Moldings & woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped). Baseboards (hand washed). All Doors and door frames (hand washed or wiped).

  • High-Reach & Fixtures:

    Ceiling fan and Light fixtures (hand washed or wiped within 4-step ladder reach). Cobwebs removed. Light switch plates (hand washed).

  • Kitchen & Bath:

    All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected). Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed). Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed with special tool for build up). All bathroom counters & fixtures (hand washed and sanitized).

  • Floors & Finish:

    Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped). Stairs (vacuumed &/or mopped). Laundry machines (top and front hand wiped). Wastebaskets (emptied/washed).
